St. Lucy, worth the trip 

One of the best adventures we have had as a family was exploring in and around Little Bay, St. Lucy. We were up early one Sunday morning in the mood for a bus ride. The first bus we saw said “Checker Hall so we were St. Lucy bound. This is one parish that I must admit not being familiar with at all!

St. Lucy is so damned beautiful people. Unbelievably picturesque! Well we stumbled upon Little Bay that morning and decided we would return and return we did. There is so much diversity in this one little area. We scaled the cliff wall, trekked through dry hillside, walked along a river bed, scrambled in bush and eventually found a BUS TO CITY STOP (our never- get- lost symbol of hope J).
WARNING: It's about to get picture crazy J

The start of our journey

Very dry landscape

The river bed we followed inland

End point. Our view from the bus stop.

Then there was the ocean

We had a tonnes of fun!!!!

And made a few discoveries. (the best part?)

Noni

Bullrushes....when have you seen these?

French Cotton. Love how the leaves form.

Whenever I look through my photos, I always want to go back and relive the experience, see what is new to discover. I hope they do the same for you. Please get out and enjoy this paradise of ours.
